01.Ready-Made and Bespoke Orders

For the purpose of this policy, Turabees orders fall into two main categories.

Ready-Made

A ready-made item is an existing standard product ordered in one of our published sizes without personalised alterations, embroidery, monogramming or other customer-specific modifications. Our usual estimated dispatch period is 3–4 weeks from order confirmation, unless a different timeframe is shown at checkout or confirmed with you.

Bespoke / Made-to-Measure

A bespoke order includes any garment or accessory that is made, cut, stitched, embroidered, altered, resized, personalised or otherwise prepared specifically according to your measurements, design selections or individual requirements. Our usual estimated dispatch period is 4–5 weeks from final approval of measurements, specifications and design details, unless otherwise agreed.

Courier transit time is included to these estimated dispatch periods and varies according to destination, customs processing and courier conditions.

02.Ready-Made Returns

  • Eligible ready-made items may be returned if you notify Turabees within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • After notifying us, the item should be sent back promptly and, where applicable law requires, no later than 3 days after giving notice of cancellation.
  • To qualify under our voluntary return policy, the garment should be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received. You may carefully try the garment on as you would in a physical boutique.
  • Items should not have been worn to an event, used for an extended period, washed, dry-cleaned, altered, damaged or exposed to perfume, smoke, makeup, tanning products or other substances that materially affect their condition.
  • Original garment bags, boxes, accessories and tags should also be returned where reasonably possible.
  • Where applicable law permits, Turabees may reduce a refund if the value of an item has been diminished by handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect and try on the garment.

03.Bespoke and Made-to-Measure Orders

Because bespoke garments are created specifically for one customer, bespoke and made-to-measure orders cannot normally be returned or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind, no longer requires the garment, changes wedding plans, or prefers a different style after production has begun.

This includes garments customised by measurements, alterations, fabric, colour or embroidery selection, collar/lapel or button selection, personalised lining, monogramming, custom length, custom styling or other customer-specific design requirements.

This does not affect your rights where a bespoke item is faulty, materially different from what was agreed, incorrectly manufactured, damaged during delivery or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.

04.Courtesy Cancellation Period for Bespoke Orders

  • Turabees offers a 24-hour courtesy cancellation period after a bespoke order is confirmed, provided custom production has not already commenced at the customer's express request.
  • After this period, materials may have been allocated, embroidery scheduled, patterns prepared or fabric cut specifically for the order.
  • Once bespoke production begins, the order becomes non-cancellable for change-of-mind purposes except where cancellation is required by applicable law.
  • Changes requested after production has begun may incur additional charges and may extend the estimated completion date.

05.Ready-Made Items That Become Customised

If a ready-made garment is subsequently altered or customised specifically for you — including adjustments to sleeves, trouser length, waist, chest, jacket length, embroidery or other dimensions — it will be treated as a personalised item.

Once alterations or customisation have begun, the normal change-of-mind return policy will no longer apply, except where required by law.

06.Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If you believe you have received a defective garment, an item damaged during transportation, the wrong product/colour/size, missing components, or a garment materially different from your confirmed specification, please contact Turabees Customer Care as soon as possible.

For courier-related visible damage, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery and retaining the original packaging so we can investigate with the courier. The 48-hour reporting recommendation helps us process courier claims quickly — it does not remove or reduce any statutory consumer rights you may have.

Possible remedies

Repair or alteration · Replacement · Remake · Price adjustment · Refund

Where applicable consumer law gives you a specific right to reject goods and receive a refund, that statutory right takes precedence over this policy. Turabees will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items where required.

07.Bespoke Fit and Measurement Issues

Measurements supplied by the customer

Where measurements are supplied by the customer, a family member, an independent tailor or another third party, the customer is responsible for ensuring the measurements submitted are accurate. If a garment is produced correctly according to the measurements supplied but those measurements were inaccurate, it will not normally qualify for a refund. Where possible, Turabees may assist with alteration options; additional alteration, shipping or remake charges may apply.

Turabees production error

If Turabees produces the garment materially outside the confirmed measurements, specifications or agreed tailoring requirements, we will work with you to correct the issue through alteration, repair, remake or another remedy appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.

08.Natural Variations in Bespoke Craftsmanship

Many Turabees garments involve hand embroidery, natural fabrics, woven materials and artisanal finishing. Small variations in embroidery placement, threadwork, weave, texture, hand-finishing, pattern alignment or natural fabric character may occur and are part of the individual nature of handcrafted garments. These minor variations are not normally considered defects. However, a substantial difference from an agreed design, fabric, colour or specification will be reviewed by Turabees Customer Care.

09.Colour and Digital Previews

We take care to represent our garments and fabrics accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your phone, monitor, display calibration, lighting conditions and photography.

AI-generated previews, virtual try-on images, digital mock-ups and design visualisations are visual guides rather than exact photographic guarantees of the finished handcrafted garment. Slight variations between a digital preview and the final physical garment do not by themselves constitute a defect. Where a physical fabric swatch or specifically confirmed material has been approved, that approved specification will be the primary reference.

10.Items That Cannot Normally Be Returned for Change of Mind

Bespoke or made-to-measure garments · Altered ready-made garments · Personalised or monogrammed items · Specially commissioned embroidery · Items manufactured to customer specifications · Garments worn to an event · Garments materially damaged after delivery · Personalised accessories

Any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

11.Accessories

Standard, non-personalised accessories may be returned under the same 3-day ready-made return policy where they remain unused and in returnable condition. Accessories customised, altered, monogrammed, specially sized or coordinated specifically to a customer's bespoke order are considered personalised products and normally cannot be returned for change of mind. Where an accessory is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, normal statutory remedies remain available.

12.Exchanges

  • Eligible ready-made garments may be exchanged for another available size, colour or product.
  • An exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer is responsible for the difference.
  • If an exchange cannot be provided, Turabees may issue an appropriate refund in accordance with this policy.
  • Bespoke garments cannot normally be exchanged simply for a different design, colour or size once production has begun.

13.How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact Turabees Customer Care using the details on turabees.com or in your order confirmation, and provide:

  • Your order number;
  • The item you wish to return;
  • The reason for the return;
  • Photographs where the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return destination. Please do not send a return to an address shown on the original courier packaging unless Turabees specifically instructs you to do so.

14.Return Shipping

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service appropriate to the value of the garment. Where Turabees confirms an item is defective, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, Turabees will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping where appropriate or legally required.

15.Refunds

  • Once an eligible return has been received and checked, Turabees will notify you regarding the refund.
  • Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 7 business days, and always within any shorter or mandatory period required by applicable law.
  • Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
  • After Turabees processes the refund, banks and payment providers may require additional time before the amount appears in your account. Turabees cannot control processing times imposed by banks or payment providers.

16.Shipping Charges

For voluntary change-of-mind returns outside any statutory cancellation right, original outbound shipping charges are normally non-refundable. Where applicable law requires original standard delivery charges to be refunded, Turabees will refund those charges accordingly. Premium, express or upgraded delivery costs above the standard delivery option are not refundable except where required by law or where Turabees failed to provide the agreed service.

17.Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or similar government fees depending on the destination. Where those charges are paid directly by the customer to a courier, customs authority or another third party, Turabees cannot normally refund them. Customers may need to apply directly to the relevant authority for recovery of duties relating to returned merchandise. This does not affect taxes or duties that Turabees is legally required to refund or has itself collected for refund purposes.

18.Delivery Delays

Turabees will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout or in the order confirmation. Our normal estimated dispatch windows are:

Ready-Made: 3–4 weeks

Bespoke / Made-to-Measure: 4–5 weeks after final specification approval

These are estimated dispatch windows, not courier transit times. If we become aware that we cannot dispatch within a promised timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate. Where applicable law requires it, you will be given the option to accept the revised timeframe or cancel the affected order and receive an appropriate refund.

19.Lost or Missing Deliveries

If an order does not arrive, please contact Turabees Customer Care promptly and we will investigate the shipment with the courier. Where responsibility for the shipment remains with Turabees under applicable law, we will provide the appropriate remedy. If a customer specifically authorises delivery to a safe location, neighbour, concierge, third-party collection point or another nominated recipient, responsibility may transfer when the courier completes delivery according to those instructions, subject to applicable consumer law.

20.Third-Party Alterations

If a garment is altered, repaired or modified by someone other than Turabees after delivery, Turabees may be unable to accept a return or responsibility for issues caused by that alteration. This does not affect a customer's rights relating to an unrelated defect that existed before the third-party alteration. We recommend contacting Turabees before arranging independent alterations if you believe there may be a manufacturing or fit issue.

21.Wedding Date Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing their correct wedding or event date and allowing sufficient time for production, international courier transit, customs clearance, fitting and any final alterations. Turabees will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed timelines but cannot guarantee against delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs inspections, severe weather, courier disruption or inaccurate customer information. Nothing in this section removes any right the customer may have where Turabees itself fails to meet a legally binding delivery commitment.

22.UK Customers

For eligible standard goods purchased online, UK consumers may have a statutory right to cancel within 3 days after receiving the goods. Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised — including bespoke and made-to-measure garments — are generally excluded from that change-of-mind cancellation right. Separate statutory rights continue to apply where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract. This policy does not restrict those rights.

23.United States Customers

Eligible ready-made products are covered by Turabees' 3-day return policy described above. Additional rights may apply under federal or state law. Where Turabees cannot ship within a timeframe promised to a U.S. customer, we will provide the delay, cancellation and refund options required under applicable law.

24.Canadian Customers

Eligible ready-made products are covered by Turabees' 3-day return policy described above. Consumer protection requirements differ between Canadian provinces and territories, and customers may have additional cancellation, delivery, disclosure or refund rights under applicable provincial law. Those rights are not restricted by this policy.

25.Statutory Rights

This policy is intended to provide clear Turabees customer-service standards across our international markets. It does not exclude, restrict or replace any consumer protection right that cannot legally be waived. If there is any conflict between this policy and mandatory consumer law applicable to your purchase, the mandatory law will apply.

26.Seller of Record

Your purchase contract is with the Turabees legal entity identified on your checkout page, order confirmation or invoice. That entity will be the seller of record for your transaction and will administer your order, return and refund in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

27.Contacting Turabees

For cancellations, returns, fit concerns, faulty items or refund questions, please contact Turabees using the customer-care details shown on turabees.com or in your order confirmation. Please include your order number whenever possible so we can assist you efficiently.
